Shipping Timeframes

We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase. Orders are shipped from our facility in the USA to destinations worldwide. Shipping time within the USA is approximately 5-7 business days. Shipping time for international orders is 14-28 business days. Please note that shipping time may vary depending on the destination and customs procedures.

Shipping Fees

We offer flat rate shipping fees of $6.99 for orders shipped within the USA, and $12.99 for international orders. We do not offer expedited shipping options at this time. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your order and its delivery progress. Please note that tracking information may not be available for international orders once they have left the USA.


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at [email protected] within 40 days of receipt to initiate the return process. We will provide you with a return address and instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.


Once we receive your returned item, we will process the refund within 8-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order. Please note that we cannot refund shipping fees or customs duties/taxes.

International Orders

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply to the shipment. Please note that customs processing may delay delivery of your order. We are not responsible for any delays or additional charges caused by customs procedures. Please check with your local customs office for information on import duties and taxes.
