At Tacuda, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a comprehensive return and refund policy to ensure that you have a hassle-free shopping experience.

Return Policy

All returns must be initiated within 40 days of receipt of your order. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] and provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item(s) have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 8-10 business days. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refund Policy

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receipt of your order. We will require photos of the damaged item(s) as well as your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) and issue a refund or exchange.

If you change your mind about your purchase and wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 8-10 business days.

Please note that gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

International Returns

If you are an international customer and wish to return an item, please contact us at [email protected] to initiate the return process. You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 8-10 business days. Please note that we do not refund any customs duties or taxes that may have been paid on the original purchase.
