Cancellation Policy

At Tacuda, we understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your order. We want to make this process as easy as possible for you, so we have created a cancellation policy that is designed to be flexible and accommodating.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel your order and issue a refund to your original method of payment within 8-10 business days.

Please note that if your order has already shipped, we will be unable to cancel your order. In this case, you will need to follow our return policy outlined above.

Cancellation Fees

We do not charge cancellation fees for orders that are canceled before they are shipped. However, if your order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) to us.

If you refuse delivery of the package or fail to pick up the package from the carrier, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees that are incurred. If you choose to keep the item(s) without paying the return shipping fees, we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of the item(s).

Custom Orders

If you have placed a custom order, please note that our cancellation policy may differ. Custom orders are made to order and are often non-refundable. If you need to cancel a custom order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We will work with you to determine the best course of action and to minimize any cancellation fees that may apply.

Refunds

If we are able to cancel your order before it has shipped, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 8-10 business days. If your order has already shipped and you wish to cancel it, please refuse delivery of the package or return it to us. Once we receive the package, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 8-10 business days.

Please note that we do not refund any customs duties or taxes that may have been paid on the original purchase.
